Be A Good Neighbor

  • Respect everyone and treat others as you would like to be treated, regardless of class, age, gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, etc…
  • Respect the limited parking spaces. Everyone has their spaces in front of their homes and we must share the few extra spaces.  Please do not continually occupy the extra spaces.  They are there for all of us and our guests.
  • Respect each other’s space. Avoid confrontations or conversations with minors in our Community that should be had with an adult.
  • Respect Town Ordinances regarding noise and please conclude any loud outdoor gatherings by 10 pm.
 
2018 Annual Meeting of the Home Owners

The Annual Meeting of the Mulberry Terrace Home Owners will be held on Tuesday, November 6th, at 7:00 PM at the Stephens City United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall.  All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  If you are unable to attend, please return the proxy that you have received in the mail to Coventry Group at fax # 540/301-5143 to help ensure quorum is met.  Agenda will include the 2019 Budget and items of general community interest.

Watch for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Owner Access Portals

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Board Meeting
April 22, 2017

There will be a meeting of the Mulberry Terrace HOA Board on Monday, May 22nd at 7 pm. at the home of one of your Board Members.

REMINDER: TRASH & RECYCLABLES
April 9, 2017

Friendly reminder:  please make sure recyclables are in a draw-tight plastic bag which is then dropped into a plastic container.  The draw-tight bag traps the lightweight items and keeps them from blowing away into the street or community swales and the container thwarts vermin from nibbling at them.  Same principle applies to trash in larger containers. Thanks!

 
2016 Annual Meeting
December 2, 2016

The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Mulberry Terrace HOA was held on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016 at the Stephens City United Methodist Church.  In attendance were President, Brian Sison, Member-at-Large, Stephanie Bonner and Allen Grimm of Coventry Group.  2 Homeowners attended.

There was not sufficient quorum to officially hold the meeting.  As there were no items to be voted upon, the Meeting was closed.  Furthermore, it was decided that a follow up meeting will not be required as there was no further business to be discussed.

A brief discussion was held regarding items of general Community interest.  Matthew Hayes accepted the open position of Member-at-Large and will serve a 1 year term.  Brian Sison will remain on as Board President and Stephanie Bonner will also remain on as Member-at-Large.

Please Clean up after your Pet

You may notice the new sign reminding pet owners to please clean up after your pets.  As Summer rolls in this may become a bigger issue and everyone’s help is much appreciated!
