There will be a meeting of the Mulberry Terrace HOA Board on Monday, May 22nd at 7 pm. at the home of one of your Board Members.

REMINDER: TRASH & RECYCLABLES
April 9, 2017

Friendly reminder:  please make sure recyclables are in a draw-tight plastic bag which is then dropped into a plastic container.  The draw-tight bag traps the lightweight items and keeps them from blowing away into the street or community swales and the container thwarts vermin from nibbling at them.  Same principle applies to trash in larger containers. Thanks!

 
2016 Annual Meeting
December 2, 2016

The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Mulberry Terrace HOA was held on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016 at the Stephens City United Methodist Church.  In attendance were President, Brian Sison, Member-at-Large, Stephanie Bonner and Allen Grimm of Coventry Group.  2 Homeowners attended.

There was not sufficient quorum to officially hold the meeting.  As there were no items to be voted upon, the Meeting was closed.  Furthermore, it was decided that a follow up meeting will not be required as there was no further business to be discussed.

A brief discussion was held regarding items of general Community interest.  Matthew Hayes accepted the open position of Member-at-Large and will serve a 1 year term.  Brian Sison will remain on as Board President and Stephanie Bonner will also remain on as Member-at-Large.

 
Summer is Here!!

Summer is here and our children will be out and about;  Please be on the lookout.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Please Clean up after your Pet

You may notice the new sign reminding pet owners to please clean up after your pets.  As Summer rolls in this may become a bigger issue and everyone’s help is much appreciated!

 
Dues Amount for 2016
December 1, 2015

The Mulberry Terrace HOA Board has voted to increase dues for 2016.  There has not been an increase in many years and there are several items that will need to be addressed in the years to come that will require sufficient Reserve funds.

The 2016 Dues are $360 per year which is still by far among the lowest in the area.

 
2015 Annual Meeting – 2nd Attempt
November 17, 2015

There was not sufficient quorum at the Annual Meeting of the Mulberry Terrace Home Owners and another Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 2nd.  This meeting will also be held at 7:00 PM at the Stephens City United Methodist Church, Room 213.  All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  If you are unable to attend, please return the proxy that you have received in the mail to Coventry Group at fax # 540/301-5143 to help ensure quorum is met.  Agenda will include the 2016 Budget, election of Board Members and items of general community interest.

New Community Manager
